Been a stressful week, totally blew my diet yesterday, didn't even record what I ate, lol. But, no loss no gains holding steady. I'll shack it off and get back on track. I'm not going to let one bad day and one not so good week interfere with my long term goals, might have just set me back a couple weeks, but I am bigger than this and I will prevail.
