Wow, I found my "before" photo, I thought I had deleted it. Took a pic in the same outfit today and I can really see the difference one year of healthy living makes!! I'm so pleased!!

Thanks guys! I feel good. Just had a visit with my doctor about how to get those last pounds off and work on muscle mass, so I'm reinvigorated to keep at it and get to that goal!
