I eat plain oatmeal mixed with oikos flavored yogurt and an orange at least 5 days a week. I try to eat it on weekends also. I also eat a salad for lunch or with dinner. It gets old quick but I remind myself it’s for the greater good.
Dinner is usually something that I like to eat. Almost never eat processed food or fast food. I work out 6 days a week. Weights 3-4 days and cardio 2-3.
I run races 5k and up also. During my race training it’s 3 cardio. 3 weights.
Sundays I go for a short walk 2 miles max. I stretch everyday no matter what.
When I fall off my regime and stop working out I gain weight fast. But it never lasts more than 2-3 months.
