Forgive yourself and move on. It's really really hard to make good choices when you're at a mexican place with someone else and they put that basket of chips down on the table. Happened to me the other day. I even planned to say, no chips, please, but they were already on the darned table when we sat down. And my husband was crunching away. Maybe next time eat somewhere else or decide ahead of time what you are going to eat. You can do this. Don't beat yourself up--that just traps us in an endless cycle of guilt and overeating and then overeating more to punish ourselves. Move on.
