Day 10. Day 7 Atkins. At 222. Lost 2 lbs. Went to gym. I would like to go today too, but we will see how my "side" behaves. Stay at 1200 calories too. My right side (kidney?) hurts pretty bad this morning. It was ok when I woke up and then gradually worse.
