I’m lifting moderate weights at high reps Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I’m running 3.5 miles on Tuesday. 7 miles on Thursday. 10.5 miles on Saturday. I have a half marathon in two weeks then a 10miler two weeks after that.
Once those are complete I’m done long distance running until May 2022 Pittsburgh Half Marathon. I’m transitioning to weights 4 days a week and 7 miles running only on Tuesday or Monday and a solid Thursday.
Active Rest Sundays I try to walk a mile and hit the heavy bag for 3-5 rounds. I stretch everyday at least once a day.
