Sup Rocker! Man, I have upped my calories to 2700ish and I keep dropping. I'm lifting and riding my MTB daily (split schedule on weights) and getting 150-180g of protein a day. I'm eating as well as I ever have, with the majority of my protein coming from dairy, white poultry, fish and beans. My fat intake is around 40-60g a day. I'm currently a 37" waist (38s are too big, 36s are too small lol). I no longer have a "weight" goal as I keep adding muscle, but if I had to guess, I'll probably bottom (top?) out around 210ish??
I am going to have to learn how to maintain, and as long as I keep active, I guess that calorie # per day is going to have to be higher than I think............... Thanks for the support!!!!
