Diario de loosinisfun, 24 abr. 09

gooooooooood friday mornin everyone!!!!...seems like the nites go by so quick anymore..wakin up to 65 outside this morning...actually thinkin of going for a walk..since i didnt make it yesterday...have fallen off the regular walking routine, even though i still feel like im gettin a good workout thru the day...but even though i havnt been gettin my regular exercise, im still showing loss in my pants...they are gettin loser day by day...cut grass yesterday and then helped brian load an unload a pickup that didnt run off a car trailer...todays plan is to head to brians an split more wood, stack an unstack some wood...then later today plant some mators an get all of that started and growing for all my buddys so they can sneek by for free samples...lol...im just amazed how easy it was to grow them last year...just a five gallon bucket with a drain hole in the bottom...stake it out...an water it...pick off the mators...gotta make a trip to wally world an get some pottin soil...everyone around me is tilling their gardens so must be time...get it planted before the rain comes sunday or monday...well hope everyone is doing greatttttttt....just never enough hours in a day anymore...and when i do have time, im just to tired to care...doing well on the scales, should show a loss either today or tomow...im findin im not hungry all the time like i was, but im not in the house as much easier an i think that makes a difference...for lunch yesterday was on the go and had a med. dq cookie dough blizzard....mmmmmm....it was good....that was lunch...just never enough of it ...lol...but since ive been taking the l-carnitine and the hydroxycut together in the morning soon as i get outta bed, my appetite or my wanting to eat is in line better...everything still looks an smells good, i just dont have the desire to eat it...and if i do, its just a small portion an im full for a change...well...need to get up an drain the kidney once again...lol...have a greattttttttttttt friday...THINK THIN!!!!
