Diario de loosinisfun, 26 abr. 09

goooooooooood sunday morning everyone!!!...went walkin this mornin..an did alot of thinkin...thought about why its takin me so long to work the weight off...and decided alots got to do with just not gettin as much exercise as i think i was..an not cuttin bck on what i was eating when i slacked off on the exercise...i keep a print out of the monthly calendar and i weigh every day...and i was lookin back this morning to jan...that was when i was still in the gym and walkin to...then i quit the gym but still kept walking..but didnt adjust my eating like i should have...so today im gonna refocus once again and see how i can fix the problm...i really think its all about refocusing everyonce in a while to adjust the eating patterns to fit the daily grind of things...some days your not gonna be as hungry an other days your gonna eat like a bear...its just a matter of doing the best you can and stayin within what you think you should be eating to get to that final goal weight...have a great sunday...and THINK THIN!!!!.....

This is so difficult! We that have the "FAT" gene just have that added stress! I need to get back going again. At my highest in my life I was 305# & I don't even want to get back to 200#'s. So I need to shape up! It will be my first day in a long while to "think thin" & do it! Thank you for helping me think wisely!
