I'm sitting here with two of my young granddaughters "watching" Princess Diaries with my netbook on my lap. I'm scrolling through FS journals and challenges. Having only started this journey toward a healthier lifestyle and gotten back on FS this week, it is kind of new to me. I want it to work this time. I know if I don't make changes nothing will change. Soooo...what challenge would be good for me?
After looking over the challenges I've decided to wait a while. I'm going to work on my meal planning and changing my eating habits first. Perhaps when I start experiencing some body changes I will find the motivation to add another aspect to my new lifestyle. For me, right now, the challenge will be to stay on task until I reach my first goal (noticeable body changes) and then establish a second goal.
