You are doing great. Don't get fristrated by the set backs. Was there done that. Sometimes that frustrations gets you to snack more.
Also, look at my journal today. See if there is not something else that you need to look at. Like a sibo/h. pylori. I wrote what I am doing about it (and is working for me). They may hamper your wellbeing and weight and you don't even realize they are there. And doctors are very good at ignoring them as they don't think is a serious issue. Believe me. Is very serious. It can really screw your life up. When you have digestive issues they tend to make you feel yacky all the time even if they don't look so serious. Is like something nagging to you and you can't see what it is because you got so used to feel that way. Is just a thought about sibo - but I think is worth taking a look.
