Diario de debbra, 26 abr. 09

Sunday here, and I'm really proud of myself. I'm taking the day off exercise-wise. Spending time with my sister and her kids and my kids. And my eating feels really in control, and has for the whole week. So I've been losing, finally! And I just want to make sure to keep it up! I'm almost afraid to pat myself on the back for fear that I jeopardize the situation. I don't want to weaken my resolve. So one day at a time....

Great progress! Why are we so hesitant to pat ourselves on the back for our successes but so quick to criticize ourselves when we mess up? So, go ahead! Pat yourself on the back. You deserve it!
