Took the weekend off from all measuring. Felt liberating but now time to face the consequences. Proof that I cannot out hike a bad diet! This can’t all be fat, must be 🧂 as well 😂🤦‍♀️

don't worry too much about salt. if you're staying well hydrated and keeping your sodium intake consistent you'll be fine. people think salt is the devil it's not. salt before workouts even helps with muscle pumps.

Hi Rick!! Yes I do workout. A variety of activities. I’m active each day, 30-60 minutes. Hiking is my fave, along with yoga for flexibility. Dumbbells and running on treadmill in the colder weather. I always thought that being active each day would keep my weight down, but as I’m aging, I know it’s portion control. I’ve always ate healthy foods for the most part but I also like 🍷 on the weekends lol but I’ve cut that back MOST weekends. 🤪 It’s a learning experience for sure!!! Thank you always for your time!! 🙏🏼😀

Happens to me every weekend...I need to dial back my treat meals. As in not every meal on the weekend should be junk 😂😂🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

JC, lol I hear ya!! 😂😂This past weekend was an exception. I’ve cut it down to 1 treat day a week. Not full out blown, but a few treats here and there. I know myself and I need to indulge in little treats or I’ll binge. My opinion, it’s finding a balance. For each and every one of us, the struggle is real!! ⚖️🧡 Best of luck on your journey dear!!
