After 2 weeks of being discouraged and not seeing our home scale move at all and eating things I shouldn't, today' doctor office scales showed I lost 5 pounds! I was sooo happy! so 26 down so far! I started with the dr office scales and I trust them more than our brand new Walmart scales. I have a long way to go b4 December 14 surgeon appointment to see if I will be able to have my hip replacement surgery. Today really gave me the boost I needed to continue dieting! And I thank the Good Lord above for helping me stay the course!
