Why is it so difficult to have two consistent days of losses???? 🙄🤷‍♀️What am I doing wrong?? I managed it before!! Is this where I finally cross the line over into insanity??? Is this a “cursed” blue line?? Ughhhh frustration!!

you weigh daily. unless u eat exactly the same stuff and drink the exact same amount there's going to be variances. I lost 3 and put 3 back on in 2 days. it's normal.

Thanks you heebs!! I wanted to lose a few more lbs as a buffer. How do I achieve that? Cut calories further?

From my understanding, carbs and sodium affects water retention. So a change in those will affect your water weight. And aren’t you already at goal weight? 🤨

Press on. I'd you've had a trend of losing cutting more calories may not be necessary just staying the course. Then when u get that buffer if your still losing increase very small incriments until your holding. And love yourself. Embrace it. Your good.

You’re doing really great and have reached goal! My losses are never consistent or predictable so I can’t advise you there, but keep doing the work and you’ll eventually get where you want

Good morning 🥩 🍰 ☕️☀️ Yes I know about carbs and sodium and retention. I limit those but still many fluxes. I hadn’t changed my goal weight on here but I was wanting to lose up to 5lbs more 🤷‍♀️

Goddess, put on muscle. You’re already at your goal weight. Muscle is a very good calorie burner. That might be the buffer you need. Thighs, glutes, and back are the bigger muscles on your body. Develop those and you’ll pump your metabolism and you’ll get to eat all the cheese in the world 🌻

if you are in a calorie deficit for an extended period your metabolism will start to slow down as a survival mechanism. Usually 8-10 deficit you will be losing easily. Match that with a equally as long maintenance period and then resume caloric deficit. Your body will let you know when it's time for a maintenance period because you will stop losing or slow loses considerably.

solid advise already in the comments. I'll add... go by your weekly average. you're up some today by may have been down .2 more throughout the week so far. remember that it's probably just water or 💩 or probably both. it's not like you gained a half pound of fat over night. 💪🏻 hang in there.

Goddess, you're doing very well; those fluctuations are normal, just keep doing what you've been doing, give yourself a little time, and you'll be right where you want to be. 💜💚💛

Me too. If I weigh myself every day, I tend to starve a higher weight and reward a lower weight.

Just for fun, I took your last 7 weigh ins, averaged them, the took the 7 before that and averaged them. Then subtracted the two. Your down −1.1lbs. (I'm bored 🤪)

Hi YogaG, I’ve always found daily weight in’s unhelpful, and personally only weigh in once a week, on the same day, that way, I getting an overall figure for the week, as some have already mentioned, the daily fluctuations can be unsettling, if you look at it daily. But I completely understand why you want to weigh In daily, and try not to overthink it, when you do have these very small fluctuations. 👍🏻
