I’ve been on and off the last few months. Thankful I’ve had no significant gain but I was trying to loose. Finally getting back on the plan for healthy eating with the goal to loose weight and just feel better! Drinking lots of water and logging calories daily seems to be my saving grace. Wish me luck!
