Good morning Team FS!! I’m back from my retreat and feeling strong and rejuvenated 💪🏼🙏🏼 Wow, you all have been amazing!! I will try and catch up a bit with comments. 🧡

Since I’ve been in maintenance, I’ve had time to reflect on how I want to proceed. I will only be weighing in once a week. As long as I stay in my range that I’ve set for myself, I will be peaceful ☮️✌🏼Thanks for that advice peeps!! 👏🏼

I tried posting a pic but it won’t allow me 🤷‍♀️
I’ve always felt intimidated by the pull up bars at the gym but absolutely admire the effects they produce!! Muscles that I didn’t even know existed lol. How do I conquer that fear and you intimidation?? My brother rigged up a bar for me in my utility room while I was away. I’m excited to begin!! What’s the best way to set up a goal?? How many I can do in a minute Or set up say 5 in a row and timing doesn’t matter?? a goal??

I would say 5 all at once. I'm guessing you probably could do 5 spread out through the day already...

Yay!! I was hoping you saw my question. Yes I prob could lol if I tried. Ok, so 5 consecutive pull-ups is my goal!! Whew that will be a mother effer 😂 to do!! But I like it!! Sorry for my language 🤷‍♀️ And thank you for clarifying that I made the appropriate comment on your post. I’d hate to offend you!! ☺️ Everyone is on a different path, it’s hard to know. You are so wise and dedicated. Np for you🤜🏼🤛🏼
