Happy Sunday ACB! I’m trying to save people anguish lol It wasn’t a surprise. It was planned. Love my brother too!! He’s a numbers guy also and very businesslike. We have some of the same traits but I’m more expressive 😂 and animated! We both love watching sports and he’s fabulous to drink beer with 🍻simple pleasures 🤜🏼🤛🏼 Enjoy your evening!!  

My hubby just bought one. How many pull ups can you do? 

My first time using it was just last Wednesday. I can do 1 1/2 right now, slowly. I consider it like doing slow pushups…2 counts down, 2 counts up. 🤷‍♀️ Just how I’m doing it. My first goal is 5 consecutively. I do a few throughout my day when I’m home.
