🌟GM Team FS!!🌟Monday weigh in🌟

I am feeling contentment over this weight loss journey 🙏🏼 When I hit maintenance, I decided to continue to try to lose a bit more for the upcoming holidays 🦃 🎄so that I could thoroughly enjoy all the nibbles and sips, without guilt. I’ve titled it “Gravy Boat Buffer Building”, as this yogi loves her gravy 😋😋😂
I’m proud of remaining diligent and feel as though I am in a relaxed state. Will there be gains over the holidays, absolutely!! But am I concerned? Nope. What goes up, must or can come down!! ⬆️ ⬇️
