Five hours of solid sleep, three hours of drowsing while listening to podcasts. Comfortable day today, only going to 85 with lower humidity, but warmer days ahead.

Morning plank. Eight minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is a down day (500 calories) on the Alternate-Day Diet (4:3) and a leg strengthening day.

Exercise: ten minutes of stretching on the mat, three wall slides (planks for your legs) at one minute each, 28 minutes of leg exercises on the mat with 1 1/4 pound weights, two sets of 10 reps each, hip abductions, leg and knee raises, 26 minutes of leg exercises with ankle weights on and around the chair, two sets of 10 reps each, hip abductions, leg, knee, and toe raises. Cardio: 50 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer, 363 steps.

Relaxation: two 15 minute sessions with the Miracle Ball Method (neck), half hour nap.
