Diario de FindingTime, 20 nov. 21

I really need to watch my carbs. The only thing I can eat and continue to loose seems to be low-carb wraps. I am trying to make this lifestyle sustainable by not depriving myself too much and so far it’s been good. My weight fluctuates so easily and I’ve been stuck for a while until recently. I now know, that with my main goal of weight loss, I will have to push myself harder to get over the hump and reach my goal instead of going backwards over one occasional piece of bread. Once I get to where I want to be I’ll be ok with the slight fluctuation. Good luck to all on your journey!
