Diario de Dame Mayhem, 22 nov. 21

Fell off diet wagon this weekend. I don't really understand why. Popcorn is hard to resist and my stomach doesn't seem to register full... Back to being virtuous. At least until Thursday. Tis not the season for dieting. It's tough. But we've got this.

Popcorn itself doesn't seem bad for me.. But if salt, butter or margarines/oil are added, then fat content andwater retention rise dramatically. I've used it as a snack in order to avoid heavier foods, but only on a temporary basis, because there doesn't seem to be a decent amount of nutrient levels in it. 🧈🍿🤔💦📈📊

Totally agree! This was the yummy holiday popcorn in the decorated cans. So cheddar and caramel. It can be healthy. I just wasn't eating the healthy kind. And that's in addition to other bad over eating.

if its anything that triggers you into a binge then keep it out of the house, at least until you develope more self control. you got this!
