Diario de McKinn, 04 sep. 14

I've been feeling so frustrated lately. Beyond our recent move to a place without a gym (there's one nearby but I had gotten used to having one in our building), I've spent the last 3 weeks in an orthopedic boot after I chipped a bone in my foot. So even moving around in the house is difficult since we live in a 3 story townhouse. I know this is only a temporary bump in the road but having my weight loss stagnate after I had been doing so well is starting to get to me.

I guess I just need to remember my current mantra: It's just a few more weeks until things are back to normal.
