Diario de HanakoT, 29 nov. 21

I had an active weekend. Did a 2 mile and a 4 mile walk. Rode my bike 10 and 12 miles. Went to Pilates twice. Invited girlfriends over for lunch so they could help me finish off the pie. Then I tripped and whacked my left hand and right knee. The recovery process from falls or over-stretching in Pilates at 55 can take a week or more. It seems like as I’m getting really fit something like this happens and it sets me back. Tonight I overate pistachios and tortilla chips. Tomorrow I am going to treat myself to a pedicure. If I can’t get back to Pilates by the end of the week, I am getting lash extensions!
