A high of 97 and sticky as all get out.

I'm slowly working my way towards clearing out the freezer. Recently, I've made a dent in the frozen fruit. I still have a lot of bags of frozen vegetables piled up. I'm going to start cooking those up as soon as this hot weather breaks.

Strength training: 45 minutes with the five pound dumbbell bars with Iron Bull Tgrip 2.0, two sets of 12 reps each: woodchop, renegade row, wrist curls, side lunge, Cuban press, squat, side plank with lateral raise (I just do the raise since I don't have the strength to do the others). Cardio: fifty minutes on the Air Walk Trainer, 1,391 steps (Striiv smart pedometer.

Relaxation: 20 minutes with the Miracle Ball Method, working on the neck, 24-minute whole body guided meditation.

Tripped and fell for the first time in more than a month on the equipment mat which slides around because there's no equipment on top. It bunches up and has become an uneven surface on which to walk. Another problem is that it's too large for the space I have. Skinned my knee. First time for a fall in a month. Since I'm not using the rowing machine right now, I'm going to either fold the equipment mat up and put it under the Air Walk Trainer or move it to the home office and put it under the anti-fatigue mat to provide another layer of comfort for standing on. Another reason I want to declutter: fall-proof my home.

Chris, stay safe, falling is not good. I'm still slowly working on my organization plan, wish I had a month straight off work just to work on my house.

Please be careful, as just the littlest fall can cause major problems especially in the "lower back area." As I am living proof. Your putting another mat in is a great idea. Your exercise regime is superb!

Thanks for your concern, FSers. I moved the mat. C6724, glad you like my exercise regime. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have increased my strength that much, which is frustrating and discouraging. I have read a plateau a part of the process. I tell myself I didn't get out-of-shape overnight and it won't get back into shape overnight, so I keep on keeping on.
