After nearly two weeks of persistently working towards my goal, by exercising and eating well, the upward swing in my weight has finally ended, and I'm at the weight at which I started. I must say, I'm a little surprised that it took so long -- it has never gone in the opposite direction for so long in the past, but I can definitely feel a difference; I have more stamina while working out, and my shorts are fitting looser, and my thighs are starting to take on a more feminine shape (a bit more toned too!). I'm feeling good about myself, and in the days to come I'll finally start making some progress towards my goal! Perseverance pays off in the long run; never forget that.
