〠18th day of success. My birthday did not get in my way, and I'm continuing down the weight-loss chart, happiest since I joined FS! What's gotten into me? I'm doing it! I've lost almost 15 pounds since my top weight, and I'm determined! Yay!
I had a panicky moment last night when I realized I was out of my staple dessert that's been getting me through the evenings. But I ate a couple of lollipops, small ones, and that did the trick! Lollipops are a good remedy. They take a while to eat, and they're relatively low calories, being just a couple of teaspoons of sugar. So I'd like to recommend them!
Treadmill will have to be put off until the afternoon because my cleaning crew is coming. But I always do a lot of physical work when they're here; so it should be okay.
Well, I'm happy to say I DID get in my treadmill today, late afternoon, for 90 minutes, 5.42 miles.
