Hello all! I hope your day and week went well. I tried something new today…..butternut squash!! I had watched a few YouTube videos and found a couple that I wanted to check out. My supermarket sells half of a butternut squash in a microwaveable package and made it super easy to prepare. I followed the directions and out came a cooked squash.

This is now my new favorite squash or veggie. Give it a try and enjoy!

Psst…I had another package and did not cook it at first. Made some ‘French fries’ seasoned with Old Bay! Taste tested a couple and they were super yummy!
