I don't know if you like cystal light but there isn't any carbs and it's much better than straight water and still counts as water. I drink loads of it! Good luck

I found it hard at first to drink lots of water but keep at it cause now its easy for me and i look forward to drinking my water all day(now and then I have a coke zero but not often) and i used to weigh everyday but you will soon kick that habbit. ....... anyway good luck to you. 

Hi again I have just read your profile and found you are a kiwi too or at least living in kiwi land Im from Rotorua but living in Sydney we should be buddies cause when it comes to food usually nz and oz have the same in there supermarkets so we can give each other tips on new low carb foods I will send you an invite.Cheers r 2 r
