I'm back again. went back on weight watchers 2 months ago and lost 25 pounds but got bored and went off it and gained 10 back already. I'm giving this a try again.i'm getting really tired of the yo yo dieting

I hear ya....weight watchers, atkins, south beach....I'm trying weight watchers again. I'm hoping to collect interesting easy recipes and embrace the "life style" change thing vs yo yo diet. The support of these postings should help
