Back again... was one of those years last year... started well then towards the middle lost my way especially with our local club rugby season getting cancelled...Just never got back into training after that.. only bits here and there along with some slack eating..
However it is a new year.. we go again.. this month is all about the mental game... get into routine, resist temptation of unhealthy food, push yourself and most importantly enjoy myself training again.. not arsed about scale numbers right now either just focussed on getting back into a routine.
