gooooooooood morning everyone!!!...guess i should of went for my walk yesterday morning...its rainin an stormin here this morning...but figured a day off would be better for me today...o well...will try an get inside to do my couch to 5k workout...was hopin the rain wouldnt be here that quick..but it started about 3-4 am...am alittle sore from bein out in the sun to much yesterday...but im sure in a day or 2 that will work out into another layer of tan...lol..so guess its time to get up an moving...not alot new today...hope everyone is doing greaattttttt...
