There’s a hormone imbalance. Maybe research foods to help with that. Having babies is hard on a woman’s body!! You’re young and beautiful! Hang in there!

After my first, I lost much hair that I legit started researching wigs. Almost sold the half on the fact that I could be brunette on Monday, a blonde on Tuesday, a red head on Wednesday, etc. Luckily, my OB had my blood work done at a postpartum appointment. My thyroid was so out of wack, he requested that they run the test again. My Thyroid was on strike. Pregnancy brought on Hoshimoto’s Thyroiditis and now I am full on hypothyroid. Which means my amazing metabolism that I took for granted in my youth is now a distant memory. Discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment and if it turns out that your kids blessed you with more than the gift of parenthood, research Hosimoto Protocol. Very interesting discussion on food and the thyroid.
