Glad to have got through Christmas & New Year with no gains for the first time. My plan to taste was great for me as I didn't feel like I was missing out at all.
I am starting to formulate a maintenance plan, want to be prepared this time. Part of that will be continuing to use this app. Self responsibility along side accountability is easier when recording what I have eaten.
