Does anyone have any breakfast ideas that are easy and quick in the morning maybe that I could even meal prep? I’m really getting tired of egg cups every morning :(

my favorite way to meal prep is cooking a vat of vegetable quinoa soup to eat off of during the week. i just use vegetables, quinoa, water and spices. it's a super lazy and healthy way to feel full at any meal!

overnight oats - uncooked oats, non fat milk, nonfat yogurt, cinnamon or berries on top. put together the night before in a 1 cup container with a lid.

Thank you all so much for the suggestions! I’m excited to try some new stuff sadly I get stuck on what works and eat the same foods for a while and get burnt out so easily!
