〠Well, I weighed myself this morning, and I was slightly up. Just over 154. But I'm not going to record it. I've come to the conclusion, though, that I overate this week. Nothing major. No pigouts. But I just ate enough to maintain my weight. So I'm going to cut my calories starting today. I treadmilled for 90 minutes, 5.43 miles.
