Diario de Talelia, 13 ene. 22

So I’m 11 days in on the low carb high fiber diet. Not had any cakes, candy cookies etc!! Pretty proud of myself. I will be Incorporating some cardio before too long. Didn’t want to start out exercising and eating low-carb because I was weak for a few days trying to get used to the change in my body. I have to say I love where you can scan the Barcode on foods instead of having to look it up in the list love that option on here! It’s made catalog in my face so much easier. I do dread if we get a foot of snow this coming weekend because then I may be tempted to eat something I don’t need to out of being snowed or iced in!!! So I have my shopping list ready!!
