I have my weight recorded right now as 154.7, but I weighed in at 150.0 this morning. I find this odd and somewhat impossible. I think it has to do with body inflammation because I'm on a more anti inflammatory diet at the moment. The weight always seems to come back when I'm off. It's not actual fat loss, it's something else. I'm going to continue to track it by calories and get a better weight loss estimate and ignore the scale for now.
