Thank you I have been well I miss you as well and I have a many friends where I’m from it’s refreshing and encouraging to get on and say supportive words I have been taking it one day at a time just trying to heal my body and get the auto immune disease into remission so that my metabolism can speed up a bit and I can start to lose weight I don’t get on as much and log because it’s a bit of a stressor to not see results in the way that I want but how have you been?

I totally understand Qua83 I'm doing good so far just trying to loose the weight and trying to take good care of my husband all at the same time, but with God's help I am succeeding. I pray for you often you will be okay just hold on to your faith. Hugs
