It’s been about a week since reaching my goal. Now up a few lbs. My weight has always fluctuated up and down a lb or 2, even when I was at my ideal weight. I think it’s time to set a new goal. I would like to get and stay at 150 or less. Wish me luck, seems harder to lose during the winter months.
