Nighttime snacking is very self defeating. If you are getting enough mealtime calories you may just be dealing with a well ingrained habit.

If you like having a snack or eating after a walk, plan for it. Keep some calories for it. I always have a pre or post workout or walk snack whether it's 4 in the afternoon or midnight.

You need to raise your protien percentage in the settings. If you have to snack make sure it's protien. Protien will stay with you longer and keep the hunger feeling away.

I drink a cup of Bone broth & I save enough calories to have a lunchmeat sandwich as a late night snack. Bread 70 meat 50. Celery alone or with some guacamole is good too. 4 celery and quac is 130 calories. I eat low calories foods so I can eat more foods. I am about quantity cause I like to constantly eat.
