I’m not making any progress with my weight. My next step is to try to aim for 1200 calories per day rather 1500 since it’s easy to surpass the calorie limit by another handful of crackers or almonds. I am also going to look into an outdoor workout class To get some higher intensity exercise. Did Pilates at a studio for six months, but don’t feel a lot of benefit from it especially since an instructor pushed me into a stretch and strained my hamstring. The weather in South Florida right now is perfect for getting exercise.
