Diario de Adelinemf, 12 abr. 11

P90X - Legs/Back done and down 680 calories! And man oh man do my legs and butt hurt! I don't think I could do another lunge or squat right now if you paid me, well, maybe if there was money involved, but it probably wouldn't be pretty. If this doesn't ease up before tomorrow morning, Kenpo will be very interesting to say the very least.

Had a great night bowling. I am not great or anything, so don't laugh, but new high score is 145! I was very excited about this! I wanted 150 last night, but that will do.

My morning weigh in was great, too! The weight is stabilizing, which with the addition of P90X is fantabulous, but more importantly, the BF% is going down. Now this is motivation!

Now, time to get to work. I have a very busy day full of meetings!

Me too! My legs and butt hurt for day two after my big kettlebell work out. It's a good feeling and it's not all at the same time. I hate squats especially the deep serious ones. I can't do them they started hurting my knees. That is why I quit the "Love Your Butt" workout. Way too many of those dang squats. Awesome job with your workout and bowling score!

Thanks! And I feel so lame when I do this workout because I want to go deeper in the squats but can't yet. There's probably 100 squats and 100 sets of lunges! I have to go slow because my knees creak every time I do one.
