How do you stay focused? I have been in FS for three months now and had a great start. I feel stronger and with good eating habits I was no longer going to bed with that heavy belly heavy guilt feeling. But the last two weeks have been very hard. Work is very stressful and around midday I reach for cookies or some warm extra buttery toast with whatever salty snack I can.What do FS friends do during those weak moments? I hate that I let stress mess up my sleep and exercise too :(.
