Since yesterday, I've been following my diet better. Today I treadmilled for 100 minutes, 6 miles.
IMPORTANT: I ate very little, as can be seen by my food journal for today, up until about 8:00. Then after a day of a big workout, a lot of house cleaning, and not enough eating, I exploded. I REALLY overate, including a brownie, bread, bread, and more bread, et cetera. On nights like this I don't record, I'm too busy eating. Levity aside, I have to remember that eating is okay, especially when I'm HUNGRY! I was so hungry but afraid to eat because I wanted it to be a successful diet day. Well, that idea backfired, and I ended by injuring myself. I have to remember that it's okay, even necessary, to eat when I'm hungry. So my new rule is forget about calories at that point. Eat protein, and a little carb, wait a while. Drink some water. Go to bed. Don't worry about the overall calories for the day. It's better to eat a LITTLE bit too much than to explode upon starvation and succumb to a pigout!!!!!
