So I need to consume only 1862 calories a day. That's about 620 calories per meal...I can do that! The caloric index that brownpolkadots :):) sent my way says that doing so I'll reach my goal by 2011. Eep! My goal is to kick it up a notch (via my challenge!) and throw in 30 situps/pushups 2x a week to the mix along with a regular exercise/cardio routine. Not to mention a day of rest (Sunday) for reading, relaxing, and Robert Rodriguez movies (my 3 rrrs of late). . .Yay, I'm so inspired!!!
