Hope the coffee does not mess with your sleep time. Good job on staying active every hour of the day! That is my daily goal.  

Hey Chris, I ran into a cast iron 7 inch grill skillet (with the ridges)at the thrift shop. $5.49. Bought it. They also had a tiny frying pan, one of those almost too little to use ones, passed that by. I have to clean it up and re-season it yet. I have a big heavy stainless grill pan that I rarely use because it's too big for just me, this should be perfect.  

Deb, so far so good. Didn't have any problems sleeping last night. 

wholefoodnut, sounds likes you got a deal. The 10.5-inch Lodge grill pan sells for $18.97 on Amazon. 

Tried my cast iron grill skillet. Followed bobby flay's and Rachael ray's advice and let it get smoking hot. Wasn't planning on meat tonight but the corner grocery, good meat there, had some ground pork for 99 cents a pound. Bought the 2 remaining packages. Asked the butcher and they had ground it from cuts that were going off sale tomorrow. Mixed the pork with some green chili sauce and made a patty. Yummo!! Kept it on high. Turned it a couple times. Turned out good, love the fact that the cooked fat drains off. Awesome!! Very glad I bought it.
