Holy Cow! At this age I never thought I would EVEN TRY to journal every bite of food I will eat.
I have RUN AWAY from this advice all of my life! WHO SAYS YOU CANNOT TEACH ON OLD DOG NEW TRICKS?
What I do know is I NEED THE DISCIPLINE, the accountability FACTOR.
SO HERE I AM.
I have no excuses: I have done it before...I have a track record. I do not work. I have the time. My health is struggling. I am NOT HAPPY with my appearance. I have no energy...too sedentary. I have access to all the tools I need. I have a husband who is ON BOARD and a great cheerleader. I have ONE SPECIAL motivation that is {TOP SECRET} I have a family that loves and supports me. I MIGHT HAVE A NEW COACH to guide me.... yippeee!
