I gained four pounds this week. I officially weighed in this morning. I'm not surprised. And I realized what really did me in -- bread. Not just any bread. It was the sandwich bread I make the kids' lunches with. Why didn't I just get it out of the house? I only realized it this morning. But now that I do and now that I got rid of the offensive article, I'm going to take off these four pounds, and then some more. It took me a week to put it on. I'm hoping I can get it off in one week as well, and then continue down. Anyway that's my goal. And I want to remind myself that I'm still a good ten pounds below my starting weight. So don't lose hope!!!!! Keep going!!! You can do it!!!
