meal replacement shakes contain protein, carbs and fat. regular protein shakes are almost entirely protein only so if you replace meals regularly with them you should be taking multivitamins to make up for the lack of vitamins you would normally get from the food.

Not a fan. Milk has all the protein and nutrients you need and you can add anything to it. Good luck with whatever you decide

I am using tje man shake to replace 2 meals a day. They are low enough in carbs for me to stay in ketosis and I lost most of my weight in 3 months. As I exercise alot now I also have a banana with my breakfast man shake and a protein shake with my morning snack. I am putting on muscle as well as still losing weight. I get plenty of fibre by eating greens in my real meal every day.

The Lady Shake is very thick and creamy, its so filling for me. I tried it for a week without tracking anything. Now I'll try it combined with tracking calories. It kept me full for a long time. I think I just overeat when it comes to my main meal and snacks.

Thanks for the input. Tried the Musle Whey Protein, mixed with cold water and berries, frozen. Didn't give it long enough, so thinking of trying again. It only has 3.5 carbs.

I do Isagenix shakes Ive been using them for about 4 years now. I used them to help loose weight to have my son then again to have my daughter and now trying to get body back to where I want it. no judgement please as we all use what we like to help with our own needs. my body soaks it up like a sponge so I give my body what it wants. I have before and after pics too. good luck

I drink the shakes from Aldi, Slim&Trim, but drink them as a snack/treat, not as a meal replacement, just to increase my protein daily intake.
I love them they taste amazing, especially the chocolate and coffee flavours, they literally taste like the milkshakes that you'd get from cafes and they're only $2 from Aldi.
